Parmela Creamery says it has created a unique way of processing its recently-launched plant-based cheese. Rather than use oil, the California-based company takes fresh whole cashew milk to craft its Parmela Creamery Aged Nutcheese, adds cheese cultures and let’s it “age to perfection.” Parmela Creamery Aged Nutcheese is available in shreds and slices, in sharp cheddar, mozzarella and pepper jack varieties.
