The folks at Queen St. Bakery say their breads are made with only a few carefully chosen ingredients “that anyone can pronounce.” The Toronto bakery has added two chia loaves to its lineup: Chia Classic Loaf and Chia Charcoal Loaf. The breads are naturally allergen free and use chia and bean flours instead of grain, rice or corn. Vegan and keto friendly, the loaves have 6 grams of net carbs, 3 grams of protein and 6 grams of fibre per slice.
