Toronto-based Redpath Sugar has launched a premium
line called Redpath Collection. Sold in sleek, resealable, stand-up zipper pouches, the line is launching with two sugar varieties: Organic Granulated Sugar, a delicate everyday sugar for those who prefer organic products; and Simply Raw Turbinado Sugar, a golden-brown sugar that can add a mellow caramel flavour for hot beverages, or a crunchy topping for baked goods and yogurts, according to Redpath. The company adds that there are plans to add more products to the premium Redpath Collection lineup in the future.
