Silver Hills Bakery is delivering more sprouted options to
the bread aisle with the debut of its Sprouted Power Soft Wheat English Muffins. The Abbotsford, B.C.-based bakery says its English muffins are packed with nutrition thanks to the use of grains that have been sprouted under optimal, carefully controlled conditions. Like all Silver Hills’ baked goods, the new English muffins are 100% plant based and made with high-fibre whole grains. They are also non-GMO certified and Glyphosate Residue Free.
