Golden Pencil and Generation Next winners recognized at cocktail reception in Toronto
The industry gathered at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Nov. 20 to celebrate the career accomplishments of three golden greats and seven rising stars.
Nestlé Canada CEO Shelley Martin, Retail Council of Canada president Diane J. Brisebois and Darrell Jones, president of Save-On-Foods, were selected by The Food Industry Association of Canada as this year's recipients of the Golden Pencil award.
Also recognized that evening were seven winners of Canadian Grocer's Generation Next award.
