Food industry pros and health food seekers alike attended the Canadian Health Food Association's conference and trade show this past weekend in Toronto.
Hundreds of exhibitors showcased their innovative product lines. Organic and gluten-free fare continued to be a hit, while many food makers were out to show desserts could still be flavourful and sweet, even without sugar or artificial flavourings.
