Amazon Canada, TD and Mastercard are partnering on a new credit card that, among its perks, offers Prime members 2.5% back at Whole Foods Market in Canada.

In addition to discounts at the organic grocery chain, Amazon.ca Rewards Mastercard members earn 2.5% back at Amazon.ca and 1% back on all other eligible purchases.

Cardholders who are not Prime members will earn 1.5% back on purchases at Amazon.ca and Whole Foods Market in Canada and 1% back on all other purchases.

"We are really excited to launch a new credit card that rewards our customers on all their purchases at Amazon.ca, Whole Foods Market stores in Canada, and everywhere else," said Mike Strauch, country manager for Amazon Canada, in a press release. "As our Amazon Canada customers would expect from us, the Amazon.ca Rewards Mastercard offers great everyday rewards and value to shoppers.

Upon signup, cardholders receive 5% back at Amazon.ca, Whole Foods Market stores in Canada, restaurants and grocery stores for up to six months or $3,000 in eligible purchases, he added.

Also, the card has no annual fee or points caps and no expiration date for points.
