Nestlé Waters Canada president to retire, replacement named

Adam Graves replaces Debbie Moore at the helm later this summer

Adam Graves has been named president and business executive officer of Nestlé Waters Canada, effective Aug. 1. He replaces Debbie Moore, who is retiring after more than four decades with Nestlé.

In his new role, Graves will oversee operations including revenue, profit, market share, environmental stewardship and sustainability, product quality and customer satisfaction. Graves has held a number of leadership roles across Nestlé's businesses in the Americas and Europe. Most recently, he served as general manager and business executive officer of Nestlé Purina PetCare Colombia and Ecuador.

“I am excited to welcome Adam to this role, and greatly look forward to seeing all that Nestlé Waters Canada will achieve under his leadership,” said Fernando Mercé, president and CEO, Nestlé Waters North America, in a press release announcing the appointment. “His combination of expertise and deep knowledge of Nestlé’s operations will be critical to our business as look to accelerate our growth in Canada.”

Moore has served as president since 2013. Prior to that, she was global head of customer facing supply chain/customer service, corporate supply chain at Nestlé S.A. at the company’s Vevey, Switzerland, headquarters. She has more than 25 years of Nestlé-related experience in senior sales and customer services roles.
