The Toronto Raptor has partnered with Nando's restaurant on a limited edition hot sauce bottle

He's been heating up the basketball court since joining the Toronto Raptors in 2016, and now Pascal Siakam is bringing the heat to the grocery aisle.

Through a partnership with Nando's South African restaurant chain, the power forward is launching a limited edition bottle of Spicy P(ERi-PERi). The name plays off Siakam's 'Spicy P' nickname. The sauce, made with a special type of chili called the African Birds Eye chili, comes in medium and hot.

A portion of every bottle sold will go towards Right To Play – a non-profit organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above the impacts of poverty, war and disease, by harnessing the power of play.

"My game has a ton of flavour and spice, so it makes sense that I bottle it up into my very own Spicy P(ERi-PERi)," said Pascal Siakam, in a press release announcing the limited edition bottle. "I am excited to collaborate with Nando's on this and finally give fans what they've been asking for. Plus, this is even better than a hot sauce – it's PERi-PERi."

Spicy P(ERi-PERi) is available at Nando restaurants and Sobeys. It will be available at additional grocery stores where Nando's PERi-PERi is sold starting March 4.
