Luvo has launched two vegan noodle bowls into the Canadian market: Ginger Miso and Mie Goreng. Both of these frozen, plant-based noodle bowls are inspired by Asian cuisine and include a good balance of protein, vegetables and fibre, according to the Vancouver-based frozen meal company. Each has at least 10 grams of plant-based protein, one cup of vegetables and at least eight grams of fibre. The Ginger Miso bowl features edamame, green beans, mushrooms, red bell peppers, ginger, and carrots served over buckwheat ramen noodles; while the Mie Goreng includes red kidney beans, mushrooms, broccoli, and cabbage served over buckwheat ramen noodles.
