Meal-kit company Goodfood says its chief financial officer Philippe Adam is leaving the company April 2. A search for Adam's replacement is underway.

Adam has been with Goodfood since 2018. In May Adam will join Pomerleau as executive vice-president and chief financial officer.

In a press release Adam said he was grateful for the opportunity to work at Goodfood "alongside such a great team of leaders."

"My belief in the strength and prospects of Goodfood has never been stronger and I will remain an advocate for the company," he said. "I know the team will continue to build on the impressive successes we accomplished together,'' said Mr. Adam."

Goodfood, which has meal kits for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus ready-to-eat options, added private-label grocery staples to its product offering in February 2020.

Members of Goodfood can have such products as oils, peanut butter, pasta, condiments, coffee, juices, breads, fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, meats and more—delivered to their doors along with their meal-kit orders.
