Hormel Foods exec to retire

Maureen Lilly steps down from her post at the end of the fiscal year

Maureen Lilly, vice-president of the Americas at Hormel Foods International, is retiring at the end of fiscal 2019.

Lilly started with the company in 2003 as marketing and sales manager, Canada. She was promoted to her current role in 2012. She has also held positions at Kraft Canada, E.D. Smith & Sons, and Unilever Bestfoods.

“Maureen has consistently delivered on the cultural belief of Results Matter for the Americas,” said Larry Vorpahl, group vice-president of Hormel Foods International, in a press release.

“Her focus, dedication and passion for the business is exemplary and one that earns the respect and admiration of the entire team. We thank Maureen for her many years of great service to HFIC and wish her well in retirement," he added.
