With a tumultuous year behind us, we’re looking at the bright spots ahead.

2020 reminded us how remarkable the people working in all parts of Canada’s grocery industry are. That’s why we’re especially proud to introduce you to our 2020 Generation Next winners. This is the 10th year we’ve handed out the Gen Next award and this year’s crop of winners are a truly impressive bunch—innovative, passionate and hardworking. The future of the industry looks very bright indeed!

As we bid adieu to an extraordinary, unpredictable year, we thought it only fitting that we turn our attention to what might come next. From big breakfasts to upcycled foods, we unpack eight food-related trends expected to make a mark in 2021.
