The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says certain ground and tenderized meat products are being recalled in Ontario due to possible E.coli contamination.

The CFIA says there have been no reported illnesses associated with consumption of the recalled products.

The recalled meats include veal, beef and pork products with best before dates ranging from March 24 to April 18.

The products were sold through a variety of stores —¬†mainly in the Greater Toronto Area —¬†including Foodland, Coppa’s Fresh Markets, Highland Farms, Garden Foods, Michaelangelo’s Market Place and Ghadir Meat Market.

A complete list of the products and where they were sold can be found on the CFIA website.

The CFIA says food contaminated with E. coli may not look or smell spoiled but can still make people ill and cause death in severe cases.
