John Freitas joins Okanagan Specialty Fruits

Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF) has named John Freitas as vice president of sales and development.

In his new role, the executive is tasked with driving OSF’s sales and business development strategies, fostering new partnerships and expanding the reach of the Arctic apple varieties. 

Freitas most recently served as head of foodservice for AeroFarms. He previously worked as VP of sales and marketing for Fresh Origins. 

"John's appointment is a significant step in advancing the company's mission and ensuring the continued growth and success of OSF," said OSF President Neal Carter in a statement. "His strategic insights and customer-centric approach will undoubtedly contribute to OSF's continued success and further the market presence of Arctic apples."
