CFIA findings trigger recall of Lotte brand Choco Pie – Green Tea

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is recalling Lotte brand Choco Pie – Green Tea because it may contain almond not declared on the label.

The recalled product was sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan, but may have also been distributed in other provinces and territories.

CFIA says the recall includes 336-gram packages with UPC code 8 801062 006205.

The recall was triggered by CFIA's inspection activities. The agency continues to investigate and will notify the public if other high-risk products are recalled.

There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of this product.
