Giant Tiger opened a store in Kingston, Ont. over the weekend, marking the occasion with an official grand opening celebration.

The new Kingston store celebrated its grand opening August 24 with activities from free face-painting to gift card giveaways and food sampling.

Giant Tiger Stores Limited and store manager Jennifer Boutilier made a charitable donation to support Breast Cancer Action Kingston, and there was a charity barbecue, with all proceeds going to Partners in Mission Foodbank Kingston.
