Food safety investigation uncovers additional product information as part of Sept.
Federal agency has updated a recall of frozen dessert products that may contain milk not declared on the label.
After conducting a food safety investigation, The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has identified additional product information as part of a recall initially issued Sept. 22.
Sold at retailers in Alberta and British Columbia, the products possibly impacted include Dairy-Free Frozen Dessert, Mint Chip with UPC 6 27843 81417 7, and Peanut Butter & Chocolate Frozen Dairy Free Dessert with UPC 6 27843 81418 4.
There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products.
