Nestlé Canada shuffles leadership team
Nestlé Canada announced several changes to its leadership team this week.
Paul De Larzac, business executive officer, (BEO), Ice Cream, is now VP, regional manager, for North America. Mark Cecchetto, BEO, Confectionery, will take on De Larzac’s former role.
Greg Coles, chief customer officer, will transition to the role of BEO, Confectionery, with Rob Wilson, customer development team Leader, promoted to chief customer officer.
De Larzac joined Nestlé in 2003. His commercial experience includes BEO roles in Ice Cream and International Premium Waters in Canada.
He also has experience with Nestlé Australia, leading the Canadian Convenience Channel (C-Channel) route-to-market strategy, and in both marketing and sales.
Cecchetto, who joined Nestlé in 2005, has led the confectionary business for the last five years. Prior to that, he led the Frozen Meals and Pizza business and was previously BEO, Infant Nutrition.
Coles takes on his new role after a more than 20-year career at Nestlé, where he has held various commercial leadership roles.
Finally, Wilson joined Nestlé in 2001. He has held various commercial leadership roles encompassing retail sales, customer accounts, and category and shopper development.
